Hello!
I'm Amelia Riedel, founder of Riedel Creative Company.
For over 30 years, I’ve helped nonprofits and businesses thrive by blending strategic insight with a lifelong passion for the creative process. My work is rooted in authentic partnerships and a commitment to turning bold ideas into meaningful impact.

In 2000, I launched my first agency with a team of talented women, pioneering a flexible, remote model long before it became the norm. This approach allowed us to deliver curated expertise and cost-effective solutions—a true win-win for clients and collaborators.

Since 2021, I’ve also served as a faculty member at Xavier University, teaching advertising, communication, and digital design. Guiding the next generation of communicators has deepened my belief in the power of creativity and the importance of fostering creative confidence in others.

One of my greatest joys is partnering with visionary creators—helping them plant the seeds of their ideas, nurture their growth, and celebrate every milestone along the way.
MY CREATIVE PROCESS

Nature feeds my soul and my creativity.
I love to work outdoors or near a window with a view whenever possible. Each project begins with learning and reflecting on the topic, followed by series of pencil sketches to prototype ideas before refining them on the computer.
